AI
From the internet’s early days, I’ve ambitiously pursued the creative potential of emerging technology. Today that pursuit centers on AI — as a working tool and as a creative medium. With Claude Code I’ve built an autonomous job-search agent, a personal time tracker, and the portfolio site you’re on now. On the generative side: 7,500+ images in Midjourney, original songs in Suno, and client websites designed and coded with AI in the loop. I'm a paid member of AILA and have participated in some of their AI Hackathons and GenJams to keep my eyes on how people use emerging models

Applied AI
My work with AI goes well beyond generative AI. From workflow automations that solve real problems, to building things I have no business building, AI puts real engineering capability in my hands.
Job application automation
I was spending hours tailoring resumes and cover letters by hand. Tedious, slow, and soul-sucking! I had to find a better way.
Using Claude Code, I built a 3-phase Python pipeline. It scrapes multiple job platforms for roles that match my non-negotiables. A Gemini API generates tailored cover letters and resume bullets in my actual voice with ATS keywords woven in. A Playwright-driven browser then goes to each site and submits the application. About 200 lines of code.
Online design portfolio
I needed a showcase I couldn't find in a template, so with minimal HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience, I set out to build one.
Generative AI was impressive but slow: a painstaking cycle of copy, paste, test, report back. Then came Claude Code. Now I could make site-wide changes without touching a file, and take on features that had eluded me before, like the peek-a-boo navigation with iOS rubber-band guards.

Music
Original songs written and produced in Suno — prompt-driven composition, from lyrics to final mix.
Higher Up
Nocturnal adrenaline, created as a pulsing homage to dancefloor architects like Giorgio Moroder. It channels the intoxicating, electric feeling of chasing the night and whatever's beyond.
--:--Tell Me How to Feel Again
Feeling powerlessness to break out of a prolonged period of numbed paralysis, I needed to give a voice to the part of me that lay dormant. It's an open plea to reconnect with what seemed lost, for a chance to experience one more "fragile spring".
--:--This is Home
Outlaw country carved from red clay, built on the quiet resilience of a man holding his ground when the world stops turning. It’s more than just a story — if you've heard this song, then you know my brother: truck driver, father, and survivor.
--:--Bleeding Alone
An appeal to anyone who has surrendered their voice to retreat from pain and fear. The track offers an embrace of their silent suffering while gently encouraging them to find freedom by expressing their truth.

A sampling of 8,000+ Midjourney generations made purely for the joy of it.
