I thrive on taking big-picture creative vision and translating it into exceptional execution, while elevating designers into seasoned pros and developing the processes and systems to ensure we always deliver.

- Managed a 50+ member multi-disciplinary team — UX architects, designers, illustrators, animators, front-end programmers, copywriters, producers, and strategists.
CREATIVE DIRECTORAugust 1999 – November 2000
- Led creative direction for design teams on over 20 web design projects for clients including Toyota, Lexus, Disney, Prudential Realty, Six Flags, Network Solutions, Nike, E*Trade, Silicon Valley Bank and Chevron.
- Managed 20 animators, illustrators, and designers, providing consistent and constructive creative feedback, plus guidance and opportunities for career growth.

- Created memorable and engaging digital experiences. Highlight projects include:
- SimCity’s critically-acclaimed website (recipient of Milia d’Or, London International Advertising, and Web Marketing Association awards)
